Entertainment use
Gaminaz is provided for personal entertainment. Scores and locally stored records may be reset by browser settings, updates, or device changes.
Ownership
Gaminaz branding, written content, code, artwork, music, and audiovisual assets are owned by ARINAZ LLC or used with permission. Users may not copy, republish, sell, or redistribute the website or game assets without written authorization.
Availability
The service may be updated, interrupted, or discontinued. ARINAZ LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted access or preservation of local scores.
Acceptable use
Users may not attempt to damage the service, inject malicious code, automate fraudulent traffic, or misrepresent Gaminaz content as their own.
