Gaminaz is presented as an ARINAZ LLC experience. The website provides browser-based entertainment games and information about planned future products.

You may play the games for personal, noncommercial entertainment and share links to the public website. You may not copy, sell, repackage, scrape, reverse engineer for redistribution, or falsely claim ownership of Gaminaz code, artwork, music, logos, or written content.

ARINAZ LLC may update, rename, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue games or website features. Scores stored locally may be lost if browser data is cleared, software changes, or a device is replaced.

Except for third-party names or materials expressly identified as belonging to others, the Gaminaz website presentation, original source code, game-specific graphics, original soundtrack files, text, and audiovisual arrangement are intended to be owned by ARINAZ LLC. Gaminaz and game names may function as brand identifiers, but trademark registration or availability is not represented by these Terms.
